Who is C.K. Cleaning?
C.K. Cleaning Specialists is a family-owned and operated business that is Christ-centered with years of experience. For years, we built our business based on the referrals of our customers. What are your service times?
Monday through Saturday, cleaning hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Early morning (before 9 a.m.) and evening (after 5 p.m.) appointments are only available upon request. An after-hours appointment is subject to a fee.
All of our appointments are given windows with start times in the morning, midday, or late afternoon. For example, the cleaning crew will arrive between 9 and 11 a.m. for morning appointments. This is done because there are so many things that are out of our control.
What should I do before a home cleaning?
Please gather and store any toys, clothing, or personal items that you would prefer to remain hidden. Our team is not accountable for these items. The areas of the house unaffected by these things will still be cleaned by us.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
We are aware that things happen and that modifications are necessary. We'll cooperate with you to reschedule your visit.
There is a 48-hour notice requirement.
You can cancel your appointment by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by giving the office a call at 941-587-5493. You will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your appointment if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice.
How do I schedule an appointment?

How do I purchase additional services or additional time for home?
Because every home is different, we offer services that you can add on to your cleaning appointment to make it even better. Refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning, grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, and other services are available.
Please make a note of any additional services you'd like to add to your cleaning when making your appointment. You can choose to add them on up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you're not sure at the time of booking. Simply call 941-587-5493 or send an email to email@example.com.
How do I know how much time is needed for my home?
All appointments are for the specified number of hours. The length of time it takes to clean one's home is determined by a number of factors. The size of your home (square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc. ), how often you clean or have your home professionally cleaned, the condition of your home, and the amount of personal items in your home are the most important factors. Here's a general rule of thumb that might come in handy.
0 to 1,500 square feet – up to 4 man-hours
1,500 – 2,500 square feet – up to 6 man-hours
2,500 – 4,000 square feet – up to 8 man-hours
4,000 – 6,000 square feet – up to 10 man-hours
6K + – 12 or more man-hours
Am I responsible for cleaning supplies?
You can either have your own supplies or use ours. For maximum sanitation, we recommend that you have your own broom, mop, vacuum, and cleaning towels. If you don't have these items, please let us know when you make your appointment and we'll make sure our cleaning crew is ready for a small fee. Professional cleaning supplies are available from us. Our supplies are C.K. environmentally friendly because they contain fewer chemicals but are just as effective as the common cleaning products used by most cleaning companies. Our industrial supplies are designed to cut through grease, grime, and dirt more effectively and quickly than common household products. They are available for a small fee.
What if the cleaner misses a spot?
Our staff has undergone extensive training, and we strive to provide the best cleaning experience possible. Cleaning is very subjective, so we want to make sure we meet your cleaning standards within the scope of the cleaning service you've paid for. Any new relationship takes time to get to know each other, and as a result, mistakes happen. If we missed a spot, please let us know within 24 hours and we'll gladly send someone out to re-do the area at no cost to you.
What do I do if I have a pet?
We love pets, and we know yours is a sweetheart who wouldn't hurt a fly, but for the sake of your pet's safety and that of our cleaners, all pets must be kept outside the cleaning area while the cleaning crew is on the job.
Please let us know if you are unable to place your pet in a cage/kennel, and we will gladly reschedule the appointment for a time when you are available.
